HOLD THE DATE
You could feel the energy and excitement as soon as you stepped inside the exhibit hall or tried to find a seat in one of more than 50 pizza-focused seminars. Pizzeria owners and operators from around the world converged on Las Vegas, April 1-3, for another successful show. International Pizza Expo® 2008 – the Show of Shows for the Pizza Industry – was definitely THE place to do business, to learn, to network and to deal. The past three shows have been huge successes and 2009 will be no different. Planning will begin soon for the 25th anniversary of Pizza Expo®, but in the meantime, see below for this year's highlights.

Designed for pizzeria owners and operators, there was something for everyone at International Pizza Expo® 2008, whether you’re a veteran or just opening your first store.
