A Profitable Showcase for Craft Brewers
Which came first, pizza or beer? The correct answer must be “both”—for there simply is no better food and beverage pairing on the planet.
March 24-26 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, International Pizza Expo® is bringing back the Craft Beer Pavilion for a third year in the Exhbit Hall. Space is available for a limited number of brewers wishing to place their products and sales materials in the hands of nearly 7,000 attendees who are seeking ways to improve their independent and chain operations.
Craft beer and pizza share more than taste compatibility:
The Pizza Expo education program is supporting craft brewers with a seminar on craft beer profitabilty as well as a pizza and craft beer pairing demonstration, both presented by the Brewers Association's Julia Herz. Two pizzeria owners with extensive craft beer programs also will discuss the topic as co-presenters in another seminar.
Pizza Expo offers craft brewers a discounted booth package for $1,900 that will include the following:
1. Standard 10-foot by 10-foot booth space for sampling.
3) 110 electric.
4) Draped table and chairs.
5) No corkage fees.
6) Bartender, unless brewer wishes to serve own product. (All servers must be TAM-certified.)
7) Aramark hand washing and sanitation kits.
8) One (1) tub of ice twice a day for each show day.
If you have questions or would like to reserve space, please call Bobbie MacIntosh at 800-489-8324 x515 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
