Sunday, March 26………………….      1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Monday, March 27…………………     8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Exhibitors will be permitted to stay longer to merchandise until 10 p.m. There will be no in-and-out access to the building after 8 p.m.

Wednesday, March 29…………….   10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 30………………    10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitors will be permitted access 1 hour prior to show open and 1 hour after show close, except on Day 1 (Tuesday) when Exhibitors will be permitted access 2 hours prior to show open.

Move-out Days & Times
Thursday, March 30………………    3:01 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday, March 31………………….      8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Have your freight delivered to the Freeman Advanced Warehouse and receive the following:

  • Freight delivered to your booth before setup begins
  • No check-in or waiting at the marshaling yard
  • Free storage 30 days in advance of the show

All companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance. Required by February 5.
Submit Insurance

All personnel accessing on the show floor are required to wear an “EXHIBITOR” badge at all times. Each company is allotted 5 and 30 badges based on net square footage of exhibit space. If you need additional staff badges, there is a $100 administrative fee per badge. Lost badges onsite are $50 to reprint.
