The 28th Annual International Pizza Expo®
The World's Largest and Oldest Pizza Tradeshow

Las Vegas Convention Center
March 13 – 15, 2012

Can you imagine a place larger than the size of five football fields with nothing but pizza-related goods, equipment and services? A place where you can shop and sample and network with your peers from around the world?  International Pizza Expo® — the Show of Shows for the Pizza Industry — is THE place to do business, to learn, to network and to deal. We've helped hundreds of businesses get started, and we've helped thousands more pizzerias stay in business and grow.

On Day One (Tuesday) we will open the show with a keynote address from a pizza-industry luminary. The preliminary rounds of the International Pizza Challenge™ will be held and World Pizza Games® Trials will begin. We'll offer 25-plus seminars given by expert pizza operators and industry insiders, along with cooking demonstrations (highlighted by American thin-crust techniques). The first of two Beer & Bull Idea Exchanges® will be held at the end of the day.

Day Two (Wednesday) will begin with a keynote from another pizza industry star. The preliminary rounds of the International Pizza Challenge™ will continue, and the World Pizza Games® Trials will conclude. There will be another 25-plus seminars, cooking demonstrations (this time highlighting American pan pizzas) and another late-afternoon Beer & Bull Idea Exchange®. You won’t want to miss the climax of this special day when the World Pizza Games® Finals become a rockin’ party for attendees and exhibitors with food, drink, music and fun.

Highlights of Day Three (Thursday) include the finals for the International Pizza Challenge™ and the fourth annual Pizza Maker of the Year contest. And the show will close with the drawing for the $20,000 MEGA BUCKS Giveaway. The morning will feature a Power Panel composed of pizza operators who have delved deeply into social media marketing, as well as more than a half-dozen operator-delivered seminars on highly focused business subjects. The cooking demonstrations will be headlined by techniques for baking Italian-style pies.

If you're a new operator or first-time attendee, Monday, the day before Pizza Expo opens, will feature special programming designed just for you — including a Power Panel, "The $2 Million Club," composed of high-revenue operators discussing how they outcompete the big chains; free new attendee-focused seminars; business-building workshops with Big Dave Ostrander and Jim Laube; and an end-of-the-day networking reception.

"We have been going to International Pizza Expo® every year for as long as I can remember. We come back each year because of the enormous value that we get out of the event. With all the seminars offered from industry leaders to the showroom floor filled with vendor products aimed at making our business more successful, we always come home with innovative ideas and products that help us evaluate costs and increase sales and quality.

In years past we have seen fit to take many of our bright young managers with us as well. This is a great way to get their wheels turning with great ideas, as well as for us to reward the people in our company who make us successful day in and day out. They not only get to go on a fun little vacation down to Las Vegas, but also to attend the best pizza show in the world to be inspired by industry-leading professionals.

If you are wondering if the Pizza Expo would benefit your company, wonder no longer. Every year that you decide not to attend this world-class event, you are also making the decision to forgo the opportunity of making your business more successful. Take it from me, the value of this event is unmatched in the industry."
