Badges for Pizza Expo will not be mailed. Once you have registered for Pizza Expo you will receive, via email, a printable confirmation that will have a bar code on it. Prior to attending Pizza Expo each attendee should print out the registration confirmation with bar code and bring it to the registration area at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Bar code scanners there will print your badge for you.

Note that Pizza Expo runs a free shuttle from our official hotels to the convention center Tuesday thru Thursday to transport you back and forth to the show. Yes, however you must follow food sampling guidelines and regulations as per the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD), who will be onsite to to do inspections. All booths with open food and drink must follow the Temporary Food Establishment Quick Reference Checklist required by the SNHD regulations. Note: All exhibitors sampling food or drink products will be required to have a hand washing and sanitation station in order to be in compliance with the SNHD regulations. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for additional information.
Yes, twenty-four hour security will provided by Show Management throughout the entire exhibition, including set-up and tear-down. Any theft should be reported to LVCVA Security and Show Management. However, do not leave personal items unattended — such as purses, cameras, cell phones and other valuables. Although security is provided by Show Management, audio visual equipment, as well as other electronics and other valuables are particularly vulnerable. For your added convenience Security Cages are available from Pre-Tect Security and Freeman. We urge Exhibitors to use them for high-risk items or hire your own security via the Security Order Form, which can be found in the Freeman online Exhibitor Service Manual.
