Exhibit Space Rental Charges are as follows:
Standard 10′ x 10′ Booth(s) per NSF: $4,515 ($45.15 per square foot) + an additional fee for corners.
Island & Gold Coast Islands: Rate available upon request.

Note: During the registration process, if a country outside of the United States is selected, you will have the option of requesting a Visa Letter of Invitation to be emailed to you.

Sampling Requirements & Catering Orders

Can I offer samples at International Pizza Expo? 

Outside food and beverage is prohibited unless the exhibitor is the owner, manufacturer or distributor of the product. All sampling food and beverage must be approved by Sodexo Live! and forms & catering orders must submitted no later than the posted catering deadline date of Monday, February 5th at 12pm PST. This includes but is not limited to bottled water, bags of ice, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, crew meals and packaged snacks etc. 

Sample size portions should be as follows: 

  • Food: 2 oz portion 
  • Non-Alcoholic Beverage: 3 oz portion 
  • Alcohol: ***Exhibitors wishing to sample alcoholic beverage products must contact Sodexo Live! For approval and procedures to be compliant with specific local laws and policies. A Sodexo Live! Bartender is required & ALL additional alcohol must be purchased through Sodexo Live!***

Can I purchase food or beverages for complimentary distribution to attendees at Pizza Expo? 

Sodexo Live! holds the exclusive rights to all food and beverage within the Las Vegas Convention Center.  This exclusive agreement prohibits exhibitors or other event participants from bringing food or beverage into the Las Vegas Convention Center without the written approval of Sodexo Live! – this includes bottled water. A Sodexo Live! bartender is required to dispense all alcoholic beverages. Orders are due by Monday, February 5th at 12:00PM PST. Orders are to be finalized, documents signed, and paid in full by the date above. Orders submitted after this date are subject to their limited catering menu and a 25% post deadline fee. 

 

Where can I fill out and submit my catering form? 

The Sodexo Live! catering order form can be found HERE. Exhibitors may choose to submit their catering order form by emailing it to exhibitorcateringlvcc@sodexo.com 

Online ordering is also available through Monday, January 29th 12pm PST. Online catering orders can be placed HERE. 

 

When is my sampling form due? 

Sampling forms are due by Monday, February 5th at 12pm PST. Sampling forms submitted after the deadline are subject to a processing fee of up to $368.

Can I prepare food in my booth? 

Food preparation using heating/kitchen services must be disclosed to Sodexo Live! and the Las Vegas Convention Center’s Fire Prevention Team by the catering deadline of Monday, February 5th at 12pm PST. All heating elements are subject to approval. A description of size/equipment/ processing procedure is required when completing the sampling form. Do I need to have special equipment in my booth to serve samples? 

Southern Nevada Health District requires a Hand Washing Sanitation Kit when preparing or distributing unwrapped sampled product. You may provide your own kit or purchase one through Sodexo Live! for $200+ tax. If providing your own kit, details on what must be included are outlined within the Catering Sampling Form.

Can I sample alcoholic beverages? 

Exhibitors wishing to sample alcoholic beverage products must contact Sodexo Live! for approval and procedures to be compliant with specific local laws and policies. A Sodexo Live! bartender is required to serve. All additional alcohol must be purchased through Sodexo Live! 

 

Can I sell food for on-site consumption at International Pizza Expo? 

Cash handling and point of sale food and beverage transactions not operated by Sodexo Live! are not  permitted. Order taking only is permitted. 

 

Can I sample product that contains CBD/THC oil? 

The Southern Nevada Health District considers the use of CBD/THC oil in food & beverage to be an adulterant, which is strictly prohibited. 

 

What does my certificate of insurance (COI) need to include? 

A certificate of insurance naming both Sodexo Live! and the LVCVA as additionally insured is also required and must be submitted to your Catering Representative to include: 

  • General liability ($1,000,000) 
  • Workers Comp ($1,000,000) 
  • Address: 3150 Paradise Rd. Las Vegas NV 89109

You may be contacted by third party companies purportedly offering services related to the event.  Please be aware that many of these companies are not affiliated in any way with the event, are not endorsed by us, and may be offering services that are either subpar, misleading, or fraudulent.  We do not in any way endorse or condone these companies and we are not responsible for their behavior.  Any business arrangements regarding the event that you may make through unaffiliated third-party companies are at your own risk and expense.

EventSphere is the official housing provider of the International Pizza Expo. We do not endorse booking hotel reservations through any source other than EventSphere. Other third-party companies may contact you in an effort to get you to book through them. Should you book a room through any other company, we will not be able to protect you from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely. Should you be contacted by someone other than EventSphere, please let us know by emailing marketing@pizzaexpo.com

Exercise caution when dealing with or responding to solicitations from unofficial contractors offering services for the expo. Each year, unofficial contractors target expo exhibitors with email and faxes in attempt to solicit orders for expo services (i.e., carpet, advertising, shipping, etc.). Some of these solicitations may bare our expo name and logo with the intent of confusing or misleading exhibitors into thinking that the contractors sending them are associated with the International Pizza Expo. Exhibitors are not required to use Official Expo Vendors, but please be aware that outside contractors must be approved by the show and may require exhibitors to pay additional costs. Exhibitors may also incur other financial obligations in the event their designated contractors fail to perform.

Some exhibitors may receive an invitation to purchase a list of buyers attending the International Pizza Expo.  Legally, companies are allowed to perform data collection through paid sponsorship and partnerships that are authorized by the International Pizza Expo. Through various methods not directly controlled by Show Management, companies might perform data collection regarding attendees at the International Pizza Expo and claim that they have an attendee list for purchase. With respect to fair and competitive business practices, we do not support or verify unauthorized selling of our attendee data.
