Exhibitors will be permitted to stay longer to merchandise until 10 p.m. There will be no in-and-out access to the building after 8 p.m.

Thursday, March 7………………    10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitors will be permitted access 1 hour prior to show open and 1 hour after show close, except on Day 1 (Tuesday) when Exhibitors will be permitted access 2 hours prior to show open.

Have your freight delivered to the Freeman Advanced Warehouse and receive the following:

  • Freight delivered to your booth before setup begins
  • No check-in or waiting at the marshaling yard
  • Free storage 30 days in advance of the show

All companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance. Required on or before February 26, 2019.
Insurance Requirements & Sample Certificate

All personnel accessing on the show floor are required to wear an “EXHIBITOR” badge at all times. Each company is allotted 5 to 30 badges based on net square footage of exhibit space. If you need additional staff badges, there is a $100 administrative fee per badge. Lost badges onsite are $50 to reprint.
