George Hadjis is the founder and CEO of Oggi’s Pizza & Brewing, which originated in 1991 and through franchising has grown to 17 locations in Southern California and Arizona. Oggi’s also operates an in-house microbrewery that produces beers for all its restaurants and for outside sales. George holds an MBA and taught a course for five years on franchise management at San Diego State University.
