Curt WagnerCorporate Chef General Mills Convenience & Foodservice

Curt has succeeded 36+ years in the baking and pastry industry and is now a Corporate Chef with the General Mills Global Culinary Center.

Curt blends technical baking skills and instructor experience to support operators with their flour and baking needs. In his role on the culinary team, Chef Curt’s expertise is directed to a broad audience of food management companies, bakeries, pizzerias, and foodservice operations.

Curt’s background includes Chef Instructor at institutions such as Keiser University, Le Cordon Bleu, Kendall College, and the Culinary Institute of America, along with being an Executive Pastry Chef at a prominent Twin Cities’ Italian eatery. Most recently, he spent 6 years as a Bakery Training Technician for General Mills. In this position Curt worked with one of the nation’s most prominent retailers to train its bakery associates on a wide array of products.
